  • Entry fees are non-refundable
  • Race entry fees:
    • 10km Race: R180
    • 5km Race: R180
  • Bulk entries close on Friday, 7 June 2024.
  • NOTE: This is a Women’s event. Male athletes who enter are NOT eligible for position or lucky draw prizes. Male athletes will receive no seeding preference and will not be permitted to finish within the top 20 positions.

Registration / Number Collection

  • No number collection on race day
  • Registration / Number collection will take place on:
    • Friday, 21 June 2024 10:00-18h00 @ Kings Park Athletics Stadium
    • Saturday, 22 June 2024 10:00-16h00 @ Kings Park Athletics Stadium
  • Access to the VENUE will ONLY be via Isaiah Ntshangase Road via the Virgin Active Parking Area (next door to KwaZulu-Natal Athletics / 0pposite Moses Mabhida Stadium)  
  • Thursday, 20 June BULK Entry Collection

Race Day Information

  • MEDALS: Medals will be awarded to all finishers within cut-off times
  • PRIZE-GIVING: Scheduled to start at 10h00
  • LUCKY DRAWS: Lucky draws will be held
  • TIMING: Electronic timing. NO race bib, NO time, NO exceptions.
  • START, COURSE & FINISH VENUES: Both the 10km and 5km events routes are “out-and-back” starting in Masabalala Yengwa Avenue outside Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium. The finish is at Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium outer fields
  • GENERAL:
    • NO personal seconding on route
    • NO vehicles
    • NO bicycles
    • NO trolleys
    • NO carts
    • NO pets on the route or in the finish venue
    • Mothers pushing prams will be directed to the back of the start batches – no exceptions
  • This race will by run in accordance with the rules of WA, ASA and KZNA
